Release: Case Management, Package, and Follow-up

Overview

This update brings improved case management and appointment booking features, aimed at enhancing user experience and optimizing workflows. Users can now efficiently manage cases, appointments, and related details, with improved navigation and auto-filled data, ensuring a more seamless healthcare management process.

Key Feature

  • Case Management: Patients and providers can now easily view and manage cases with detailed appointment histories. Appointment details are auto-filled, and users can filter by provider, patient, or specialization.

  • Appointment Booking Enhancements: Users can choose to book an appointment under an existing case or create a new one, with key details auto-populated. Rebooking or follow-up appointments are also supported within the same case.

  • Search: Scroll through cases and appointments, users can search by case ID, provider, or patient for quick access.

  • Appointment Notes and Documents: Patients and providers can quickly access appointment summaries, notes, prescriptions, and other medical records, keeping everyone up to date.

Overview

The Package System lets patients purchase a set of appointments at a bundled price, making it easier and more affordable to access care. Admins can manage these packages, while patients can track and use their appointments

Key Feature

  • Admin Package Management: Admins can create and manage packages, including defining services, total appointments, validity periods, and pricing (listed and discounted). Packages can be assigned to specific clinics, and admins can search, filter, and edit package details as needed.

  • Provider Recommendation: The provider can recommend a package while completing patient notes. The provider can select from the predefined package based on the patient's needs. Notifications are sent to both the patient and admin once a package is recommended.

  • Patient Portal Package Management: Patients can view details of their current package including total, completed, missed and remaining appointments. They can also see recommended packages from providers or admins and search for other available packages. Patients can purchase multiple packages and view transaction history with a downloadable PDF.

  • Appointment Booking with Package Credits: Patients can use package credits to book appointments. During booking, they can choose between using their package or insurance. If a package is selected, the system shows available credits, credits used for the appointment, and the remaining credits.

Enhancement

Follow Up

  • Patients can now book follow-up appointments easily, either through physician recommendations or from their profile dashboard.

  • Follow-up appointments are displayed as cards on the patient's dashboard with details like provider name, case number, and a "Book Now" button.
