The new "Add Patient" feature empowers admin users to incorporate patients into the system seamlessly.
Admins can initiate the process from the platform's administrative interface, inputting essential details such as the patient's name, email, mobile number, and default clinic.
Once submitted, the system sends an email to the patient with the platform's URL and login credentials, allowing them to set up their profile.
This streamlined process ensures that patients can effortlessly join the platform, enabling them to access their profiles and utilize the platform's services efficiently.
Clinics registered under Omniva's clients will now offer patients the ability to view comprehensive profiles of doctors.
These profiles include personal details such as name, gender, contact information, professional information like specialty, education, licenses (with display license numbers), and experience. Patients will also have access to patient reviews and ratings, insurance information, and an "About Doctor".
This enhancement enables patients to make informed decisions when selecting a healthcare provider for their appointments.
This feature streamlines the onboarding process by customizing the company's name logo by default when clients join our platform.
Additionally, the logo's color will match the selected theme color. If a client uploads and later deletes the logo, their initial customized logo will reappear. Similarly, updating the theme color will automatically change the logo's color.
This feature impacts various sections, including the backend, email header, documents, front login, admin login, header, login header, and authentication.
